When I’m down, I get drunk, call someone and take them out and spend as much money as I can on them - buying them shoes or clothes or jewellery, whatever the fuck they want  and then I dump them and start drinking some more.

I feel so fucking empty.

Just once in my life I don’t want pain.

The only thing I can do is just throw my money at people who don’t ask questions.

The beauty of a woman is not in the clothes she wears, the figure that she carries, or the way she combs her hair. The beauty of a woman is seen in her eyes, because that is the doorway to her heart, the place where love resides. True beauty in a woman is reflected in her soul. It is the caring that she lovingly gives, the passion that she shows. And the beauty of a woman only grows with passing years.

FUCK MAN OF STEEL. FUCK STAR TREK. FUCK YOUR EXISTENCE. THIS MOVIE WINS. IT WINS EVERYTHING.

So I decided to cancel my trip to Bruges and instead, I am going to Zurich at the end of June, followed by a train trip to Vienna, and then fly back to London.

That’s if my work approves my days off -_-;

Switzerland and Austria! Who wants to hang out?

204 plays

It’s been a while since I fell in love with a piece of music. It’s only fitting that it came from one of the greatest short films I have ever seen in my life.

19 plays

In her first and only meeting with the famous macho actor Marlon Brando, early in her career at Paramount, the two were seated next to each other at an Actor’s Guild luncheon. As they sat down, Audrey said a shy hello. Brando said not a single word to her during the entire dinner. For 40 years, Ferrer says, his mother believed that Brando had shunned her. But in the hospital near the end of her life, she received a letter from the famous actor. A mutual friend must have told him of Hepburn’s feelings, and he wrote to set the record straight. Although she might have been shy of him at that luncheon, he recalled that he had been so much in awe of her that he was speechless. He couldn’t think of a single thing to say.
